Joanna has recovered from her first career in corporate law to become the owner of WorkInColour and a coach, creative thinker, trainer and writer. She's long been fascinated by the power that comes from combining the rigour of critical thinking with the possibilities of creative thinking. Programs such as Juicy Thinking and the Escape Hatch are the result.

Jan is a coach and consultant with over 25 years of wide-ranging business experience. She has worked for Fortune 500 companies, founded for-profit and non-profit corporations, served on the boards of several professional organisations, and is currently an active social entrepreneur and community volunteer. A licensed provider of the Benziger Thinking Styles Assessment (BTSA), individuals and organizations Jan works with learn to improve personal/organisational results by clarifying and focusing on strengths, identifying blind spots, and managing weaknesses effectively.
