I am the owner of WorkInColour and a corporate trainer, professional coach and writer.
For those who like to know about qualifications, mine include International Coach Federation coaching accreditation, Certificate IV in assessment and workplace training, B.A., L.L.B, L.L.M and a graduate certificate in somatic therapy.
For those who like to know about experience, I have worked as a coach and a trainer and a freelance journalist since the late 1990s. Until I found the tools to create my ideal mix of working in colour, my explorings led me to jobs as a lawyer, lifeskills teacher, therapist, childcare worker, academic, freelance journalist, creative consultant, filmwriter, barmaid, market researcher, general dogsbody and (if you trawl back far enough) shop assistant and babysitter... not to mention my most satisfying (and challenging) job to date, as a parent.
I have also walked on fire, climbed Mount Kilimanjaro and travelled solo - and not - through the Middle East, India, Africa, Asia and Tibet. Along the way, I learned a lot about overcoming fear, stopping to look at the scenery from time to time...and that combination of patience and persistence that only comes from long dealings with the Indian train system.
I am fascinated by the power of creativity and its ability to revolutionise lives and businesses.
