I came across these videos recently, from a talk given by a guy called Joe Howard.
Really clear and interesting, about the importance of creative thinking, and why businesses run like tribes, and more.
Worth a look. (I have no idea why they are posted as three videos, it's all one talk, each about 9 minutes.)
The rather fabulous Peter Mescalchin who runs my IT stuff tells me that there are length restrictions on You Tube to stop people uploading whole movies...so that's why it's 3 x 9 minutes.
