  • Articulate your dream career, one that will be satisfying, meaningful - and achievable. (This may be a twist on what you're doing now, or something quite different)
  • Get clear on your strengths and how best to use them
  • Break old patterns and make different choices
  • Create a blueprint for your new career, and if you want to, an action plan to get you there
  • Develop a plan to support you through the ups and downs of a new career
  • Figure out what gets in the way and how to deal with it
