What's in the program?

In our coaching programs, the participant will:

  • Determine the areas they'd like to work on
  • Set goals for the program
  • Work on agreed challenges during and between sessions
  • Figure out what gets in the way and how to deal with it

The program is very interactive, using a series of processes. The program allows time for discussion about concepts so that participants can fully engage with and understand the material.
